AIDA Cruises opened bookings for its winter 2028–29 program on October 6, 2026. The company announcement covers six continents, with Caribbean itineraries and extended departures from Germany among the additions.

AIDAbella and AIDAdiva will offer Caribbean departures from La Romana or Santo Domingo, the latter a new turnaround port for the program. AIDAbella’s 14-day routes include combinations of islands, Mexico and Central America. Selected AIDAdiva itineraries can be combined into 28-day trips.

Longer options include AIDAluna’s 50-day Brazil voyage from Hamburg, with three days in Rio de Janeiro during Carnival and a call at Maceió, a new AIDA destination. AIDAsol will offer 41- to 55-day voyages from Warnemünde toward Mauritius.

The launch does not cover every ship. AIDA says AIDAnova, AIDAperla and AIDAmar will open for booking later, with a world cruise planned for AIDAmar. Travelers should check the individual departure before treating a destination mentioned in the wider program as part of their own route.
