Carnival passengers have six more dates to watch as the line expands its refreshed main-dining-room dinner menus. Cruise Fever’s October 12, 2026 report, citing brand ambassador John Heald, lists the next ships scheduled to receive them.
Elation and Valor are due on October 17, followed by Horizon on October 18. The November dates are Paradise on November 5, Freedom on November 7 and Legend on November 29. The report says dates for Radiance and Firenze are still to be announced.
The broader dining refresh belongs to Carnival’s The Next Course program, announced June 11. That earlier announcement covered several dining initiatives; the latest update specifically concerns dinner menus in the main dining room.
For upcoming guests, the practical point is to match the rollout to the ship and departure date. A new menu seen on another Carnival vessel does not mean it will already be available on yours. Check the onboard menu before making plans around a particular dish.
