Costa Cruises is organizing six winter 2026–27 itineraries around different destination themes, according to an October 18, 2026 report from Cruise Industry News. The program combines port visits with the line’s Sea Destinations experiences onboard.

Three themes focus on the Mediterranean. Costa Toscana’s Iconic Mediterranean features cities including Rome and Barcelona, while Costa Pacifica’s Mediterranean Soul emphasizes places such as Naples, Palermo and Tunis. A third route, Exotic Mediterranean, links southern Spain with North Africa.

Costa Smeralda will sail the Canary Islands, pairing volcanic scenery and island visits with sea-based programming. In the Caribbean, Costa Fascinosa will offer Antilles Collection and Caribbean Heart, with the latter centered on the Dominican Republic.

For passengers, the theme names are a starting point for comparison. Check the actual ship, departure date, ports and included activities before choosing a sailing. Costa also plans to extend the concept into its summer 2027 European program; this announcement does not make every experience available on every ship.
