Disney Believe is scheduled to begin sailing from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale on December 18, 2027. Disney confirmed the date in its October 7 announcement, alongside the new ship’s entertainment and dining plans.
The ship will operate four- and five-night Caribbean and Bahamas voyages, with visits to one or both of Disney’s island destinations, Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
A new stage production based on Encanto will play in the Walt Disney Theatre. Dining additions include Oaken’s Table: A Frozen Family Feast, while the Grand Hall takes its design cues from Moana. Adults will find new lounges including the Little Mermaid-inspired Sea Notes piano bar and Snow White-themed Wishing Well.
This is a substantive update to the earlier construction and cruise-director news: the homeport, first sailing date and named venues are now announced. The experiences remain future offerings, rather than completed venues we have visited. Travelers comparing departures should check the specific itinerary and final onboard information before booking.
