Holland America Line’s 2026 holiday cruises will add a seasonal Magnolia Gingerbread Cake to the Dining Room menu, extending its bakery partnership. The line’s October 15 announcement outlines food, entertainment and decorations for voyages spanning Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas and New Year’s.
Planned dining includes Thanksgiving dinner, a Christmas Eve Feast of the Seven Fishes and Nutcracker Tea. Seasonal dishes and drinks will accompany the celebrations, while each ship’s culinary team creates its own gingerbread village display.
Passengers can also expect tree-lighting ceremonies, carol singing, holiday films, crew performances and family activities. New Year’s Eve plans include parties and a champagne toast to welcome 2027.
The program accompanies holiday sailings in regions including the Caribbean, Antarctica and Australia. Travelers choosing a departure should match the sailing dates to the holiday they want to celebrate and check the onboard schedule for specific events. The new cake is a 2026 addition; several of the other festivities continue the line’s established holiday traditions.
