Norwegian Cruise Line is investigating reports of fraudulent emails that claim to come from the company. Its official guest advisory, checked on October 13, 2026, tells travelers not to reply, follow links or provide personal or payment information in response to those messages.

The warning was reported by Cruise Critic on October 12. NCL identifies @ncl.com, @e.ncl.com and @nclcorp.com as domains used for its genuine emails.

Guests with reservation questions should contact their travel advisor or obtain a telephone number independently through NCL’s official contact page. A request to verify a payment should be checked through those established channels before taking action.

The advisory confirms an investigation, but does not establish how the senders obtained any information or confirm a breach of NCL’s systems. Travelers should treat claims circulating online about the cause as unverified while following the line’s published precautions.
