Cunard has confirmed five more Michel Roux culinary residencies aboard Queen Anne, covering selected Norway and Norwegian Fjords voyages in 2027 and 2028. The line’s October 13, 2026 announcement extends its Le Gavroche at Sea program, which began in 2024.

The departures are May 2, August 29 and September 5, 2027, followed by May 21 and June 4, 2028. The May 2028 voyage combines Norway and Denmark; the other departures focus on Norway and its fjords.

At Sir Samuels, a tasting-menu dinner inspired by Le Gavroche will accommodate up to 50 guests each evening. The wider program includes cooking demonstrations, talks, question-and-answer sessions and book signings with Roux. Cunard also plans a special three-course Gala menu in the main dining rooms and an enhanced seafood offering at Carinthia Lounge.

For travelers booking primarily for the food, the limited dinner capacity is worth noting. The announcement does not specify tasting-menu prices or reservation arrangements, so confirm those separately before choosing a sailing.
