Regent Seven Seas Cruises has released more detail about the drinks planned for Seven Seas Prestige’s December 2026 debut. The October 6 announcement covers three venues and includes alcohol-free options alongside cocktails and wine.
Galileo’s Bar will focus on Italian aperitivo, with several variations on the Negroni and drinks inspired by astronomy. Its menu also includes a zero-proof espresso martini. At Azure, the beverage selection pairs herbal cocktails, citrus spritzes and regional wines with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food.
Solmar Terrace, the open-air dining area at Compass Rose, will serve wines, cocktails and zero-proof drinks. One alcohol-free option combines apple, lemon and rosemary. A separate tequila-based cocktail has been created for the ship itself.
These are announced menus for a forthcoming vessel, so the preview cannot establish how the finished bars will feel or how service will perform. Travelers comparing future sailings can use it to identify venues and alcohol-free choices to check in the ship’s final onboard information.
