Virgin Voyages is replacing the menu at its Beach Club at Bimini with a Caribbean-inspired lineup developed by Chef Rashida Holmes and the line’s culinary team. The October 9, 2026 announcement gives passengers specific dates to watch rather than one fleetwide launch.
Virgin lists October 12 for Resilient Lady guests, October 25 for Scarlet Lady and November 15 for Brilliant Lady. Valiant Lady’s rollout is scheduled for April 10, 2027, when the ship returns to Miami voyages.
Among the dishes are curry chicken roti, tamarind barbecue pork skewers, snapper and beef patties, and coconut rice pudding with tropical fruit. The line also describes vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices, including a garlic eggplant patty.
The change concerns dining at the shoreside Beach Club, rather than a replacement of the ships’ onboard restaurant menus. If the new food is part of your beach-day plans, check both the rollout date for your ship and whether your particular itinerary includes Bimini.
