Holland America Line has detailed the aviation-themed program for Zuiderdam’s Pan Am 100th Anniversary Legendary Voyage. In its October 9, 2026 announcement, the company outlines guest speakers, dining and excursions for the 28-day round-trip cruise leaving Miami on October 30, 2027.
The newly described onboard lineup includes presentations by Pan Am Museum Foundation representatives Linda Freire and David Hinson, alongside storyteller Willie Aames and other aviation specialists. Programming will also draw on the airline’s former Clipper Club lounges.
Special menus will revisit dishes associated with Pan Am service, including filet mignon and sole baked in pastry, with themed cocktails also planned.
Ashore, the line describes purpose-built tours in Cartagena, Colón, Antigua and Trinidad. Options range from classic-car sightseeing to the Panama Canal Railway and a visit connected to Trinidad’s former flying-boat base.
This update adds detail to an already announced voyage. It does not establish that every special excursion or beverage is included in the cruise fare; guests should check individual booking terms.
