A few useful details.
Which spreadsheet app should I use?
The planner is supplied as .xlsx files and has been demonstrated in Google Sheets. Desktop Microsoft Excel and Apple Numbers compatibility has not been tested. You’ll need access to a spreadsheet app; no app subscription is included.
Does it find cruise prices or recommend what to buy?
You enter your own quotes and choices. The planner does not retrieve live prices, make bookings or guarantee savings. Check the latest prices, inclusions and cancellation terms with each provider.
How are totals and quantities handled?
Use one currency throughout; there is no currency conversion. Core costs are for your whole party. Extra quantities are entered manually and do not update when travelers or nights change. The all-considered plan can include alternatives you would not buy together.
What happens when something is unknown or excluded?
Leave an unknown quote blank and use zero only for a confirmed zero cost. The planner flags missing or invalid inputs. Payments on excluded items are shown separately; excluding an item does not assume a refund. Edit the pale-blue inputs and keep a clean original, as formula cells are not locked.
How will I receive it?
This is a digital product with no physical shipment. Checkout and access to the purchased files are handled by our official store. Review the store’s current delivery and refund details before you pay.
